Microtech Computers will not be responsible for any data loss during the service or diagnostic. 30 days service warranty do not cover any damage due to virus, fire, flood and physical damage. Service Warranty only cover parts replaced during the service, warranty DO NOT COVER Windows/Virus/ Spy ware/ Software or any applications. Diagnostic fee is not refundable in any condition. Services are not refundable/returnable in any condition. Customer is responsible to pick up the computer/equipment at the given time-MicroTech will not keep any repaired or non-repaired items more than 14 days. MicroTech is authorize to sell or discard any computer / Laptop / Equipment , If i will not pick up maximum 30 days. During service and upgrade old parts will be discarded, No parts will be returned to customer after the service. If customer need old parts then he has to write Note/Mention on service Form and should pickup with computer otherwise MicroTech will discard the old parts. Its customer responsibility to provide valid license for software's. During service MicroTech is not responsible to check the validity of software license. Customer is responsible to provide original receipt to pick up the computer or provide the original photo ID. Customer needs to prove his identity to pickup computer. If customer do not make payment or pickup computer within 14 days then MicroTech is fully authorized to sell the equipment in order to recover the service cost. Storage charges $5 per day will apply after 14 days, maximum storage is 30 days. Microtech will discard the equipment maximum after 30 days.
